Check-in / Check-out

Check-in starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 on the day of departure.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 23:00 – 06:00.

Reservations and payments

• Reservations up to 7 days: deposit equivalent to 1 night. Reservations over 7 days: deposit equivalent to 2 nights.
• Payment by bank transfer. Bank details are available on the Contact page. Payment must be made within 3 days of booking. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation.
• The remaining payment is due on the day of arrival. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival (refund within 14 days to the original payment account).
• Terms may be adjusted individually upon prior consultation and agreement.

Dining

• The resort has its own kitchen serving breakfast and home-style lunches. During peak season, breakfast is included in the apartment or room rate. Breakfast is served buffet-style.
• Breakfast and other meals are only available during peak season. Outside peak season, the restaurant is closed. Details are available on the Prices page.

Security deposit

We reserve the right to collect a security deposit for potential damages (refundable upon departure).

Pet policy

• An additional fee applies for pets.
• Pet owners must bring their own bedding or pet bed.
• We do not accept large dogs or breeds commonly considered aggressive.
