We require a deposit: for stays up to 7 days — equivalent to 1 night, for stays over 7 days — equivalent to 2 nights. Payment must be made by bank transfer within 3 days of making the reservation. The remaining amount is due on the day of arrival. Details in the Rules section.

For apartments, the accommodation day starts at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The campsite has different rules — details can be found in the Campsite section. For individual arrangements, please contact us.

Yes, we accept pets. Dogs cost 30 PLN per night, other animals (cat, rabbit, etc.) 15 PLN per night. Owners are required to bring their own bedding/pet bed. We do not accept large dogs or breeds commonly considered aggressive.

Yes, the resort is located directly on the beach by Lake Solina. Guests have convenient access to the beach. Please note that Lake Solina is a retention reservoir and beach size may vary depending on water levels.

During the summer season, breakfast is included in the apartment price and served buffet-style between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Outside the season, the restaurant is closed. Detailed information about season dates can be found in the Prices section.

Yes, each apartment has one free parking space assigned. Additional parking costs 10 PLN per night.

Apartments are fully equipped: air conditioning, WiFi, kitchenette with appliances, bathroom, TV. Most apartments have a balcony with views of the lake or surroundings.

Yes, there is a water equipment rental on site: pedal boats, kayaks, rowing boats, SUP boards, and new electric-powered boats.

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, the deposit refund is processed within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made. Details in the Rules section.
